These terms govern your use of ShortDiziLab. By accessing or using the platform you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By visiting or using the platform you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Company Information
ShortDiziLab is operated by a company registered in the Republic of Moldova. All of our operations are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws; we do not neglect any regulatory obligation.
3. Scope of Service
ShortDiziLab may provide guide content, lists, summaries and links redirecting to third-party platforms for the discovery of short dramas and series. ShortDiziLab does not itself claim to provide the broadcast or streaming of any production and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, does not host copyrighted content; links are provided for informational and discovery purposes only.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
The platform is intended for users aged 13 and older; some content may be subject to higher age limits. When creating an account you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account; please report any suspected unauthorized use to us immediately.
5. Rules of Use and Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited: sharing, linking to or requesting material that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights; using the platform for unlawful purposes, harassment, hate speech, violence, obscenity or spam; reverse engineering, automated scraping, robots, bots or similar tools used to extract data without authorization; attempts to bypass security measures or disrupt the service.
6. User Content and License
Comments, ratings, lists and similar user content belong to you. You grant ShortDiziLab a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, publish and promote your content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that is unlawful, infringing or contrary to community guidelines.
7. Third Parties, Advertising and Links
ShortDiziLab is not responsible for the content, accuracy or outcomes of third-party advertisements that may appear on the site; advertising networks operate under their own policies. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, security or practices of those sites; your use is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant sites.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in trademarks, logos, designs, text and software on the platform belong to ShortDiziLab or its licensors. Copying, reproducing or creating derivative works without prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Notice and Takedown (Copyright)
ShortDiziLab is not a U.S. provider bound by the DMCA process; however, we take any copyright infringement claim seriously and review each notice as required by applicable law. If you are a rights holder and believe an infringement has occurred, please send a notice to [email protected] including: (i) identification of the work and a statement of ownership, (ii) the URL or area of the alleged infringement, (iii) your contact information, (iv) a good-faith statement and (v) an electronic signature attesting to the accuracy of the information. Qualifying requests will be processed within a reasonable time.
10. Fees and Fee Changes
Core platform features may be free; some features may be offered for a fee over time. We reserve the right to change fees and the services we offer. Changes will be announced on the platform prior to their effective date.
11. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement are disclaimed. We do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness or uninterrupted availability of content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortDiziLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages; lost profits; data loss; or business interruption. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the total amount collected from you (if any) in connection with the relevant event.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ShortDiziLab against third-party claims and expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access without prior notice if you breach these terms or pose a risk to the service.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes; the current version and effective date are published on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Moldova. The courts of Moldova have jurisdiction over disputes. Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence remain reserved.
